Fred Schäfer began his career in marketing at Pirelli Germany before joining the headquarters of Vergölst in Bad Nauheim, where he worked until 1992. Today, Fred Schäfer operates under his own company, ECR Solutions. ECR takes over tire management for Euro Leasing.

ECR and Euro Leasing expanded their collaboration, with ECR assuming responsibility for repair cost and appointment management for more than 11,000 vehicles.

In just five years, ECR has grown into an established full-service outsourcing partner for the commercial vehicle industry. The company manages the entire commercial vehicle value chain, from tire management and the scheduling of mandatory inspections to the paperless administration of service contracts with vehicle and refrigeration equipment manufacturers.
